I'm seeking an experienced mystery shopper to evaluate the sales process at a car dealership. You will specifically assess the initial greeting and engagement, as well as the test drive experience.

Key Tasks:
- Evaluate the sales process for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Assess the initial greeting and engagement from the sales team
- Test drive experience evaluation:
- Vehicle knowledge of the salesperson
- Route and duration of the test drive
- Process adherence

Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience in mystery shopping, particularly in car dealerships
- Understanding of sales processes and SOPs
- Excellent observational skills
- Ability to provide detailed and objective feedback
