Motivation Theory

To get you started, you could make a list of all of the ways in which you would try to motivate someone, or some group. You couldalso try to interview 5-10 managers and ask them how they motivate their employees.
See if you can see their theoretical framework from their responses and how that
framework impacts how they interact with their employees.
You may base your theory on other theories of motivation, but you may not limit
yourself to just critiquing the other theories. Onhow to motivate people in the workplace, not
just on how you yourself are motivated.

This assignment will probably not require a lot of references, although you would be
wise in referring to other mainstream theories to help you know what, and how, to
