Job Title: Mongolian Language Research Analyst (Native or Non-native)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Position Type: Full-time (Contract Based)
Working Hours: 8 hours Per Day
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Remuneration: MNT 4,057,395 (For 3 months tenure)
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Proven fluency in Mongolian (reading & translation to English) and proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
2. Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s level program, or possess a technical degree/certification.
Description:
The Mongolian Language Research Analyst will play a crucial role in conducting research and analysis in Mongolian language sources, translating relevant information into English, and assisting in various operational segments related to News Queue, Job Alerts, Investigations, Batch Work Queue, Enforcements, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), and Adverse Media. This position is suitable for individuals with 6 to 12 months of experience in similar roles, providing an opportunity to develop research skills under the guidance of the Team Lead (TL).
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research in Mongolian language sources, analyze information, and translate findings accurately into English.
2. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
3. Maintain detailed documentation of research processes, findings, and conclusions.
4. Communicate progress, challenges, and proposed solutions effectively with TL and team members.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance research methodologies.
6. Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred) or technical degree/certification.
2. Native or non-native fluency in Mongolian language (reading & translation to English) and strong English language skills (reading, speaking, and writing).
3. Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and information management.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office suite and research tools/software.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a multicultural team.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
