As a growing company within the engineering sector, I am seeking a Technical Recruiter based in the United States to help me source and secure mid-level talent across various engineering disciplines, primarily Software and Civil Engineering.
The perfect candidate for this project should be well-versed in engineering recruitment, particularly in the software and civil engineering domains. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Source, screen, and shortlist mid-level engineering candidates with a focus on software and civil engineering backgrounds.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates, assessing their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with me to make final hiring decisions.
