Medical youtube channel research

I have a YouTube medical channel and the primary focus of this channel audience is Pakistan and India but I want to capture the other countries as well so I need a list of health topics that can be included in the channel and the search contains the topics that are relevant for Pakistan, India and then Europe, America. Need a good search topics to include for videos and shorts. You will make a list and after each topic shows the search percentage in pakistan india. And another column showing search percentage in rest of world.

Topics must be engaging. Must be related to health. Diseases. Treatment. Surgeries. Diagnosis. Nutrition(but not much). Psychology. And must include anatomy topics. Like how hearing works. How digestion works. How dandruff happen. Etc These mostly works in shorts. Or can be others like facts or something.

The topics must have good search and not too much competition.

Also topics must be in demand can also be controversies. Crimes or cases related to medical. But that will be 1 in 7 to 8 videos.
