We provide our clients with in depth manuals on maintenance and care of surfaces and materials build in their customised interior. The fine leathers, marble, wood, silk and other surfaces vary from client to client and we need to provide their household staff with the necessary essential information on the material, the origin (for education) and the type of stains as well as the products and steps on hoe to remove them. This is more than the regular stain procedures with the commonly or household approach.
So we need the results of the author's research in a fixed time frame and in a regular interval for the next full year at least.
We provide the specific surfaces, with manufacturer contact, MSDS (Material Data Sheet) and we also have a content-related concept that is the same for every research:

Techniques / terminology worth knowing

Properties (characteristics, pro / cons)
That can be spread over 1-2 pages per leather type. Within 1 manual we include 5 leather types. Especially if the research also recommends illustrations, as in the example of “Leather”. The content structure as stated above is currently missing and lacking in the attached redacted file. The definitions of terms are also incorrect and not precise. In addition, when it comes to the representation of the leather quality and leather sections and cross-section of a leather / animal skin, more content is needed, both literally and figuratively.
If the author proves to be very good and knows the subject well, we would also like to transfer the “Step by Step” guides / treatment steps to him/her/they. There are a few things to consider here, but some of them already result from our sources from the manufacturers.
