Looking for a freelancer for an academic writing project who must have an experience in HR - preferably a CIPD certified

I am looking for a freelancer who could help me with an academic writing project related to HR Management. This project requires a word length of 2500-3000 words and the freelancer must be CIPD certified. I am open to any suggestions the freelancer might have.
