Literature Review in Finance

I am looking for a freelancer to conduct a literature review in the area of Enterprise Risk Management in finance. The review should be less than 10 pages in length and should include specific sources and references provided by me. I am open to additional suggestions for sources as well. The attached file is the base paper for my research.
