Life cycle cost analysis of building projects

My project involves a life cycle cost analysis of building projects and I've selected the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach. I do have some specific project criteria to consider, which I'd like to discuss further. Plus, I require a high level of detail for my analysis.
