Lesson plan template

I'm looking for a high school lesson plan template for English class with details on activities and resources required. It would be great if the lesson plan includes activities that are engaging and fun for students. The lesson should challenge them to think critically and promote a deeper level of learning. It should also include relevant resources for each activity, such as books, articles, videos or other learning materials. If possible, please provide research-backed evidence for the resources chosen. Each activity should be built around specific educational outcomes that the student should be able to achieve. Finally, the lesson plan should ensure that any gaps in knowledge and understanding are addressed.
