Lean Management Curriculum Development
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for a professional to prepare groundwork for a project aimed at teaching elderly office workers (with basic tech knowledge) to deal with the lean management, Topic I need to cover is as follows:
"Analysis of relevant data" (the name of the chapter).
- Problem-solving methodologies in Lean management.
- Integrating root cause analysis with continuous improvement.
- Group problem-solving exercise using real-world scenarios
The teaching materials should be detailed at an intermediate level for key topics mentioned above. The style of the materials should be formal and professional.
The final deliverables must include:
- 15 to 20 pages of original, well-structured content (to pass plagiarism and AI chatbot checks)
- 2-3 pages of assessments to reinforce learning and comprehension
