Land Use Change: Planning Consultant based in North West UK

I'm seeking a planning consultant to assist me in obtaining planning permission for the change of land use on a property from Agricultural to a Leisure and Recreation. The process will require a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment to be conducted and included in the application.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the property.
- Preparing and submitting the planning permission application for the intended change of use.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation, including the EIA, is complete and in accordance with local regulations.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in land use planning and obtaining planning permission.
- Expertise in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and understanding of local regulations.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with local authorities and ensuring all documentation is comprehensive and compliant.
- A background in sports facility planning or land use change in recreational areas would be advantageous.
