2. **Recruitment:**
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various roles, including but not limited to:
- Assistants
- Sales Managers
- Social Media Specialists
- SEO Specialists
- Data Entry Specialists
- Content Specialists
- Webmasters
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.

3. **Human Resources:**
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide support in resolving HR-related issues.

4. **Long-Term Collaboration:**
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Freelancer.com or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
