Interview Presentation on New Partner Area
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As part of an interview process, I need to create and present a presentation based on the following prompt:
● Break down and map a new Partner segment that Tines could target. (Current focus areas not to focus on: Security and IT Operations)
● Prioritize the Top 3 prospects based on your selected criteria. Explaining who, why and why
now.
● Propose a phased 180-day Partnership Plan for your “preferred” Partner
Include Core partner KPIs: Partner Engagement, Brand and Marketing Exposure, Pipeline and Revenue Growth
Logistics
● The total interview/discussion will be 30 minutes, consisting of:
○ 20 minutes (max) presentation
○ 10 minutes Q&A from the panel
● The presentation should be 10 slides and smaller than font 30 text (images are fine too)
I would like to use revenue operations as the new partner segment to present. I have created a skeleton Google slides presentation and need someone to redesign the slide as well as write out a talk track for me to present in speaker notes. The goal is for the interview panel to get a sense of my strategic thinking in building something new from the Business Development and partnerships perspective.
