The Challenge

•The aim of this exercise is for you to explore a number of datasets and derive some insights, produce a presentation and talk through your explorations, findings and thinking that addresses the challenge presented
•The challenge we face includes trending over a period of time, delivery of business targets, achieving expected performance levels

The Data

•The data set is insight into a specific teams performance across a number of metrics
•The data to be reviewed is attached to the invite email titled ‘Field Manager Task’

The Task

•Review the data and definitions provided
•What is this data telling you?
•What interventions are needed:
•Short term basis
•Long term basis
•Recommendations on areas to improve


The Output

•You will present your findings at the Assessment Centre in any format you choose
•The intention is for you to present your findings, thinking, internal and external considerations
•Your presentation should be no longer than 15 minutes, questions from the interviewers will follow
