Industrial Engineering: Business Performance Analysis
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
In this project, I'm commissioning an academic paper that will emphasize the role of internal and external factors on business performance through the lens of industrial engineering.
The goal is to specifically analyze the correlation between strategy, structure, entrepreneurial orientation, and factor conditions with the overall performance of a business.
Ideal Skills and Expertise:
1. Academic Writing: The freelancer should demonstrate a strong ability to conduct independent research and formulate well-articulated, concise, and compelling academic papers.
2. Industrial Engineering: A firm grasp of industrial engineering principles, particularly in the context of business performance optimization, is crucial.
3. Business Strategy: The freelancer should have a profound understanding of strategy, organizational structure, and entrepreneurial orientation in business.
The final paper should be of a quality adequate for journal submission. It's important that the groundwork for this research should be laid with an intricate knowledge of industrial engineering and the potential impacts of business strategy, structure, and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. You'll need to weave all these intricate details together into a cohesive and compelling narrative.
The paper has been written in a draft format, data had been collected, baseline analysis has been done using structural equation modelling. There is a need to tie in Porter's diamond model, resource based theory and the contingency theory as they form the base domain for the paper write up.
The positioning of the paper should be aimed at solving a problem which relates to how external and internal business factors impact performance of the business in the context of small, medium and large businesses in South Africa. This paper forms part of the Phd submission requirements for the thesis submission which is yet to be written.
Attahced is the draft paper written but it requires significant enhancements and inclusion of the contingency theory.
