Improve Ph.D. Research Customer Experience

We are looking for a skilled researcher to help us improve the SMB customer experience of our Ph.D. research proposal. The ideal candidate should be proficient in lecture review, dissertation writing, qualitative research methods, research proposals, market research, and competitive analysis. The project is expected to take less than a month to complete and we will expand it in the next few months. You need follow the supervisor feedback to improve the research.

As the researcher, you will be responsible for conducting a thorough market analysis to identify the gaps in our current customer experience. You will also be expected to provide suggestions for improvement based on your findings. The ability to write research papers and proposals in clear English is essential.
