ISO 17025 Internal Audit SOP Development

We are an Industrial Distributor specializing in Precision Measurement and Metrology Equipment. As one of our services we offer in depth calibration monitoring services. As a result of this we are in need of an SOP along with a "self audit" document we can send to potential calibration labs to file out to make sure they themselves are in compliance with ISO 9001/ISO/IEC 17025 standards that we can attached to their scope and make available to our customers when we do cover letters or forward scopes.
I'm seeking an expert to develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and audit form for internal auditing of calibration labs, specifically focusing on the management requirements of ISO 17025.
