ISO Documents for Cleaning Business

I'm a small cleaning business looking to obtain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations. I need a freelancer to help me write the necessary documents to achieve compliance within a month.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a comprehensive Quality Manual
- Formulate an Environmental Policy
- Create a Risk Assessment Procedure
Noting I am not sure what exactly needs to be developed in order to get these ISO accreditations
