- Deep knowledge in child development theories, classroom management techniques, and various teaching methodologies.
Face-to-face sessions should focus on practical teaching techniques and theories such as child development, classroom management, and more. This should be a space to explore hands-on training and real-world applications.
Moreover, the online aspect of the course will dive into more administrative and planning topics such as curriculum design, interaction with parents, and assessment strategies.
