Scope of Work for Human Resources & Policy Development Freelancer

Objective: Develop, refine, and consolidate various HR and office-related documents and tools to enhance organizational operations.

Scope:

1. Risk Register: Create a comprehensive risk register that outlines potential risks, their likelihood, potential impact, and suggested mitigations.
2. Office Rules and Regulations: Draft a detailed document highlighting the dos and don’ts within the office environment, covering dress code, office timings, break times, and other pertinent details.
3. Human Resources Manual: Develop a comprehensive manual that details HR policies, benefits, holidays, leaves, and other employment-related matters.
4. Job Descriptions: Craft clear and concise job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
5. Succession Planning: Design a plan detailing the process for identifying and developing new leaders who can replace old leaders when they leave, retire, or die.
6. Grading Policy for AQC: Establish a grading policy specific to AQC, including grading criteria and evaluation methods.
7. AQC Fitout Manual/Flowchart of Work: Develop a manual or flowchart that provides guidance on AQC-specific tasks, roles, and responsibilities.
8. Induction/Orientation PPT: Design an engaging PowerPoint presentation for new employee orientation, covering company values, culture, policies, and expectations.
9. Software Recommendation: Provide a recommendation on software/tools that can efficiently store all projects and tenders.
10. Employee Handbook: Create a handbook detailing company culture, policies, benefits, and employee expectations.
11. Rewards and Recognition: Design a program to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and dedication.
12. HR-related Forms: Develop standardized forms for various HR processes like leave application, expense reimbursement, performance review, etc.
13. HR Committee Policy and Procedure: Draft policies and procedures for the functioning of the HR committee, including its roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
14. Calendar Policy and Procedure: Design a policy detailing how to schedule and arrange meetings, use calendars effectively, and other related best practices.

Deliverables:

• Finalized documents for all the above-listed items.
• A report on recommended software/tools for storing projects and tenders.
• Orientation PPT for new employees.
