Human Resources Manager

I am Maddison.

I am looking for someone who could help me with finding people who do investigative journalism.
The final products should be professional articles about civil rights in Iran and the socio-economic conditions the people there are living.

I am not familiar with this kind of job at all. So I am looking for someone to search the right people for me. Someone who could call them and talk to them, examine their professionality and hire them for me.
I am assuming it is going to be hard finding people from Iran to write and investigate. So it can be people from near countries. Or people that left Iran. I can also publish it with a fake identity if necessary.
