Housing Estate Management Proposal - Due in 2 days or less
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a real estate developer that acquired a massive land. He is selling each parcel of land to 300 individual owners for them to develop based on building standard set by the government and approved plans.
I want to give the company a proposal asking that they allow my company, ABC to come in as a property management company to maintain the estate community.
Therefore:
I need three (3) pages (single space, 12 fonts, times roman) proposal for the management of the estate of 300 individual residential houses. This proposal is due in next 2 days or less. This proposal should be able to tell the estate landowner the reason and why my company (ABC) should be given the opportunity to manage the estate.
In the past, he would just allow the homeowners after built to take individual responsibilities in maintaining the estate community and no homeowners' association and no management company to maintain the environment. This proposal is and should be a first impression.
We want to provide the proposal asking that we should be allowed to manage the estate and NOT the individual houses. The maintenance should include keeping the neighborhood clean, planting tree to beautify the estate.
The proposal should be able to articulate the benefits of managing the estate and how our management fees will be paid. For example, the landowner has the ability to enforce a yearly fees or monthly fees similar to homeowners' association fees. This fee structure needs well-articulated persuasive statement.
The proposal should state WHAT WE OFFER to the community in keeping the estate clean when the estate is managed by us. For example, we need to ensure that properties and the community are kept clean, maintained, and occupied by trustworthy tenants.
