Homelessness: The Past, Present, and Future

This paper should cover a historical review of Homelessness showing how viewpoints about the issue have changed. It should show what social, political, legislative, and economic factors, during the time, shaped the way the issue was and is viewed.
The paper must be at least twelve pages long and should have a cover page, an abstract, the content of the paper, a resource face sheet, and reference page. The PowerPoint presentation and resource face sheets are NOT included in the page count for the paper but must be submitted with the paper. The paper is to be formatted in APA style.
