Help with article formating

Hello, I need help with formatting an article I have written for my website. The article is already written, I only need help with formatting. Total project time is perhaps a few hours.

The article is a little "sciency" so it would help if you are knowledgable about writing scientific/academic articles.
You should also be familiar with the Vancouver style of citiations.
