Help editing my literature review

Hello There. I would like someone to edit my literature review. Has to be experienced in academic writing and research, also proficient in writing a literature review. I have some notes that i want to be followed as well. The topic of the literature review is monitoring Structural health of buildings, this is related to civil engineering and infrastructure engineering.
