I need a dual-focused project. First, I require the creation of a comprehensive data strategy tailored for the healthcare sector. This strategy should encompass all facets of data usage in healthcare, from collection to application.
Second, I need this strategy to be communicated and taught to our Quality Improvement Managers. The teaching component should cover:
- Data analysis techniques
- Data privacy and security
- Data management systems (suggestions for what is the best system to train on e.g. Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau)
- Data presentation and value
I am looking for a professional with substantial experience in healthcare data management and training. The ideal freelancer would have a background in both data science and healthcare, with proven skills in developing data strategies and teaching complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
