Handbook Rewrite

I'm looking for someone who can help me rewrite an existing handbook. The purpose of the handbook is to provide guidelines and policies for the organization. I already have an existing handbook, but I'm looking to update and improve it. The finished handbook needs to be more than 10 pages long. The freelancer should have strong writing skills and a good understanding of HR regulations. If the successful candidate can demonstrate a good grasp of the subject matter and provide a high-quality handbook, there is potential for more work in the future.
