Grant writer

I am looking for a grant writer who can help me develop a project or program in the area of real estate development for my organization. As we are a new company the ideal candidate should have experience in writing grants for similar organizations. They should also have a background in real estate development and be able to help me refine my ideas for the project. Our organization's primary focus area is real estate development, and we are looking to apply for grants from foundations/non-profits. The successful candidate should be able to help us identify potential sources of funding and write persuasive grant proposals that will help us secure the funding we need to move forward with our project.
