Grant Funding Proposal for Santation and Recycling Sorting Facility - Government/Financial Institutions

Background: Free World Development is a logistics development company that is tasked to creating economic growth and stability in the country of Sierra Leone. Free World Development has been granted the opportunity to apply for development grant to establish the country’s sanitation and waste management facilities. This proposal is specific to developing a waste management and recycling sorting facilities in the country. The freelancers primary task is to develop a complete proposal at the governmental and Bank levels in order to procure funding. Once project is funded, there will be a bonus payment on top of the regular payment for this proposal. Freelancer is responsible for completing all aspects of this proposal working directly with the executive staff. see list below.

We request freelancer has complete understanding of what is needed in a proposal in order to procure funding from grant programs. It does help to have an understanding of waste management operations but is not needed as the executive team can help guide you I creating this proposal.

Objective: To procure funding to establish a revenue generating recycling sorting facility and garbage power plant to service 3 primary cities. This proposal needs to show a complete understanding and financial needs from the start to continuing operations. There are 4 phases to this project that needs to be addressed in this project each with a separate budget that attaches to a master budget sheet.
