Govt bid and rfp

I'm hoping to hire a freelancer for help with a government bid or RFP project. I don't have any previous experience in submitting government bids and RFPs, however, I believe that with the right assistance, I can develop a successful response. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can help me by writing the bid or RFP document, researching opportunities, reviewing and editing responses and incorporating any necessary documents. I'm not sure what documents are needed at this point, so I’ll depend on the freelancer’s expertise and experience in this area. I'm excited to have the opportunity to submit a competitive response and have the right team join me on this project!
