Gen Z Employees: Leadership & Motivation Survey

I'm seeking a professional adept in survey design and familiar with research literature analysis. The primary task for this project is to examine a literature review I've drafted that aims to understand existing research on different management styles and their impacts on the motivation levels of Generation Z employees.

Key Objectives:
- Comprehensive reading and understanding of my literature review
- Designing a survey based on the findings of the review and hypothesis that specifically addresses the impact of leadership styles on Gen Z employees' motivation.
