GMAT Test Waiver Request Letter -- 2

Hi !

I want to apply for graduate program (MBA) and I need to submit a GMAT test waiver request letter.
I expect the following:

- One page with a simple professional format (200~300 words).
- Academic language level.
- Academic structure (intro paragraph, body paragraphs, and closure)

Please share with me any of your previous works.
