Fulltime Assistant Manager- 930am - 6pm CST
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for a very smart, sharp assistant who knows the following:
-Google docs, sheets, PowerPoints, very well to include fixing grammatical errors, sentence restructuring, font adjustments for consistency.
-Strong native English speaking skills
-Can track many projects moving at once. Prioritizes projects according to urgency
-Able to be proactive in coordinating activities who is willing to move up in our fast moving company
-Has a background in business and can get answers
-Able to prepare reports, brainstorm based on business requirements, manage overseas hires
-Can create, arrange our business charter, marketing strategies while speaking to our management. Helping us reduce our workload.
-Very attentive and responsive during working hours. Quickest way to loose the position is to not be available during business hours. Count on longer hours. Promotion will pay off down the road.
-Assist with resume prepping of students. (we have examples to go off of and will answer questions you have)
-Able to arrange pictures, create brochures and marketing materials with direction by our leadership
-Willing to try new things. We are a Cyber Security Academy and are preparing for our first launch.
-Able to manage scrum board that we use.
-Able to dress professionally for pictures, can or already has a linkedin profile as you will be representing us.
-Able to take ownership of all the chatrooms such as the website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-Able to schedule appointments and carry on conversations that are relevant to the day to day business operations.
-proof-reader for our existing documents
-able to assist with business analysis
-able to do datamining and form entries. we may outsource this further but you would need to manage it and make sure you understand what and why we are doing specific things.
-Willing and able to learn our business and the cyber security related jargon that goes with it. A go getter who can look up terms on their own time to get better understanding of things.
-Able to wear multiple hats
-Teachable and receive coaching well
This is a long term relationship with huge income potential. We just need to feel you out first before going to that level.
If you are doing multiple projects, then this wont be a good fit for you. We want all of your time invested into us.
