I want an experienced guy in preparing PhD proposal for the research cluster of Data Analytics in VANETs.
The proposal should include the all required sections as it for a PhD proposal presentation in a university that is ranked in top 150 worldwide.
The aim or general objective is to reduce the delivery time of the urgent data.
This should be done by achieving two specific objectives.
1. The big data analytics process should be done with a MINIMUM TIME which helps in reducing the E2E delay.
2. The vertical handover process should be done in a MINIMUM TIME and the handover decision should be taken according to the network/channel status.
The big data novel analysis method should be used in the handover algorithm by reducing the time required to have a handover decision as well as mitigate the unnecessary handovers.
