HR Freelancer Needed for Recruitment & Training

I'm seeking an experienced HR freelancer to assist with:
- Recruitment and hiring
- Primarily focusing on candidate screening, interviewing, and the onboarding process
- Employee training and development
- Specifically in compliance training and skill development workshops
Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and employee training. Familiarity with designing and implementing compliance training and skill development workshops would be a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
