• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance assessments, continually refining training strategies to maximize impact.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in leadership and management training, incorporating innovative approaches into program design and delivery.
Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success as a trainer or facilitator, with expertise in leadership and management development.
