Formatting of PhD poposal according to university and APA7 requierments

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with the formatting of my PhD proposal according to:
1) University requierments in regard to structure, fonts, spacing etc. as per attached file.
2) APA7 formatting for referencing and references. The ideal candidate should have experience with APA7 formatting and be familiar with the guidelines set by my university.
3) Completion of reference list. As I was not able to use software like ENDNOTE, manual completion of references is needed.

Other specific requirements:
- Formatting the entire proposal according to APA7 style
- Paying close attention to the formatting of the References section and ensure that the reference is added to the reference list at the end
- Ensuring that all in-text citations are correctly formatted
- Formatting of the complete proposal according to university requierments

Deadline:
- The project needs to be completed within a week.

Skills and experience:
