Format a research paper and submit to journal

We would like someone who is aware of the formatting and submission process. I will provide the manuscript document and all files (formatted for another journal) and the link to the new journal to format and submit to. I expect it's about 3-4 hours work. Someone with an interest in public health or health promotion would be great as there's an opportunity for some further work as well.
