Format and proofread an essay

I have now completed my research and written a paper. The topic is coaching. What I need now is some help to a) format the document into something that looks like a research paper, and b) to connect some of the sentences and paragraphs a little more smoothly. I don’t need any new content or research as this part is totally my responsibility. The working document is around 12k words currently, and I would like to find an experienced report writer to spend some time tidying it up. I think if someone could spent around 8 hours on this project it would be a good start.
