What are regional leaders doing?
Our regional leaders are responsible for the overall direction of their territories and are the main interlocutors for implementing change in their territories. As part of these responsibilities, regional decision makers are required to provide a realistic view of the areas that affect our customer service and how our colleagues are evolving. They must have momentum and progress in action and commitment. They are responsible for understanding, evaluating and respecting the organization, regional policies and company expectations.
Basic tasks and functions include more than:

Develop the management team to achieve regional growth, productivity and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences
An employer is an employer
Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key practice business and service management teams to ensure the area is well run
Promote the implementation of business plans and initiatives by encouraging and supporting the regional management team to develop and implement action plans that align with business and organizational goals
Review the environment and key business indicators in the region to identify issues for improvement, concerns and opportunities to provide guidance to business and service management teams to take action and achieve business objectives
It supports and supervises the operational, marketing and management functions of the Office
What do you need?
Bachelor degree or equivalent
At least 5 to 7 years as regional director or equivalent
Strong background in management, marketing, training, relationship development and/or customer experience with a strong attention to detail
Analyze financial relationships in a complex and rapid environment
