FAQ research and self video.

My goal for this project is to create a 3-4 min detailed video to better educate customers about the storage industry. The video will need to be developed by the freelancer, outlining the features and advantages of the product. The combination of the self-video and FAQ research will provide customers with a better understanding of the Storage Industry. This will foster a better relationship between the customer and myself, and supports the overall goal of increasing customer satisfaction. I am confident that with the help of the right freelancer, this video can be created in a way that allows customers to feel more educated, supported.
