Experienced Grant Researcher & Writer Needed for Urgent Business Expansion Funding
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a highly skilled and reliable grant researcher and writer to help secure immediate funding for my business. I am expanding a mental health private practice and developing a healthcare tech platform, including an AI-enhanced EHR system and a therapist-integrated dating app. We also operate a nonprofit arm focused on empowerment and mental wellness, creating multiple funding pathways.
Objectives:
Identify grant opportunities (federal, state, private foundations, innovation/tech incubators, or international sources) that align with:
Mental health service delivery (especially telehealth)
Healthcare tech innovation
Social impact and underserved populations
BIPOC- or woman-owned business support
Nonprofit mental health initiatives
Write compelling grant proposals that can be tailored or repurposed for multiple applications.
Create supporting documents as needed (e.g., capability statements, project narratives, budgets).
Help strategize short-term and long-term grant cycles for both the for-profit and nonprofit branches.
What I Need From You:
Proven experience with successful grant applications (please include samples or references).
Strong research skills to find grants that match my business and nonprofit activities.
Ability to translate my business vision into compelling narratives and measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with grants.gov, SAM.gov, NIH, HRSA, SBA, and private foundation portals is a big plus.
Understanding of tech-for-good or social enterprise models is helpful but not required.
Deliverables:
A list of vetted grant opportunities with eligibility requirements and deadlines.
One or more completed grant proposals (starting with those due soonest).
A funding strategy or calendar for the next 3–6 months.
Timeline & Urgency:
This is time-sensitive—I need someone who can begin immediately and deliver high-quality results quickly. If successful, this could lead to an ongoing working relationship.
