Event study

I am looking to hire a freelancer to conduct an event study for me. While I am not currently sure of the specific type of event, goal, or number of attendees, I plan to gather more information and provide those details for the freelancer upon hiring. The freelancer should have an expertise in designing and conducting studies of events, and be able to provide meaningful insights from the study.

I would like the freelancer to collect primary and secondary data from the event. For example, I would like the freelancer to analyze stakeholders involved in the event, such as sponsors, media personnel, vendors, potential customers and others, and measure their engagement with the event. I would also like the freelancer to evaluate marketing strategies employed during the event, such as social media campaigns, conventional marketing, and PR, and analyze the return-on-investment of these strategies.

Furthermore, I would like the freelancer to assess attendee satisfaction and how satisfied they were with the event based on their expectations. The event study should also include a data-driven report and practical recommendations, taking into consideration the results of the study.
