I'm seeking a consultant specializing in research and analysis on climate change impact assessment. The primary focus of the project will be on investigating the influence of climate change on local ecosystems and biodiversity, as well as its economic effects and implications on infrastructure.
Please note, language proficiency in Euskera is a must, as the consultant will need to communicate findings and insights in this language. Ideal candidates should have a robust background in climate science, research methodologies, and public speaking. Experience working with ecosystems and infrastructure economics would be highly beneficial.
