Equity Analysis

Project is to determine if ethnicity and/or gender impacts the salaries of a government agency. Classification and Compensation study completed. I have all the data and proposed methodology. Need you to conduct the analysis and provide a short write-up of methodology and findings. Need the project completed by the end of November.
