Enhancing HR Knowledge with CIPD Level 3
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am currently pursuing CIPD Level 3 course and my goal is to enhance my knowledge in Human Resources. With this project, I'm looking for some guidance to improve my understanding of HR principles, as this is the area that I'm struggling with the most. Even though I don't have specific areas within HR principles to focus on, I would appreciate a general uplift in my knowledge.
Ideal candidates for this job might have:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
- Deep understanding and experience in working with HR principles.
- Abilities to explain complex HR principles in an understandable and engaging manner.
- Capability to adapt to different learning styles and pace.
Your main task would be to guide me through the course, focusing on studying, understanding and applying HR principles in real-life scenarios. It is my goal to increase my HR knowledge significantly by the end of this project, so any additional resources and study tools you can provide would be a bonus.
