There are some objectives in my project..
"Objectives of Research" are as follows:
1. To identify issues related to the need for effective training and development in organizations.
2. To critically evaluate the inter-relationships between training, development, employee engagement and employee retention.
3. To determine strategies that organizations can use to improve their employee retention in terms of better practice for training, development and engagement.
I need to create an online survey...
The survey should have questions.. and .The questions in the survey should be designed in such a way that it should answer the "Objectives of Research"
Questions should be created in the survey and it should have answers as (AGREE or DISAGREE) with comments section.
Minimum of 8 questions in the survey....
