Employee Engagement Study for Hybrid Workers

I am a doctoral student that needs assistance in compiling data from an employee engagement survey of hybrid managers. The interviews will be conducted via [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions] with a transcript provided, however, the results will need to be compiled and presented to the university as a part of my capstone study project. Data must be compiled based off of each participants responses and divided into categories with thematic themes analyzed, etc. There 10 questions per participant already structured with a few probing questions. Seeking assistance with compiling all of this data and doing a comparison/analysis of each participants responses.
