Electric Boiler advert

Need to write an article about Electric Boilers (in the UK) for an advertisement we are placing in a local garden centre magazine (so needs to be for the general reader). Needs to briefly explain what electric boilers are and how they work and discuss the benefits of fitting an electric boiler in your home.
We have a 2-page (a5) spread and will fill at least a quarter of this with an advert for our company as well as some imagery of electric boilers.
